So much to share.......so little time!

I have so much to share but so little time. We have been packing all week, thank you boys! And work has been extremly busy. So playing the balancing act has me very tired! Kayl and Morgan have been my HERO's! They are out doing the shopping right now (hate Walmart), washing and gassing up the Jeep then on to packing. Thought I would share some tid bits just in case you were able to get online today Mom.

Caleb taking his last swing before he left on vacation. He is gone for two weeks, miss you already Noodle!

Pictures of the house to remind us of our great adventure of moving twice in one year.

Here are my little packers that have saved me this week. Thanks guys! And thanks Noodle for packing your room before you left.

Morgan, Kayl and Taryn (Kayls girlfriend)

So here is the story, I left yesterday to market and come home to my packers taking a break. I was instructed to stand in the doorway as Morgan and Taryn are laughing hystericaly. Kayl walks around the corner in his new "get up". What you cannot see very clear is the underwear he has on.....mens string bikini! I laughed so hard.....what a great break from a stressfull day!

Last but not least. Last weekend I had a fabulous hike up Horsetail falls. Map said it was 1.99 miles up.....there is NO WAY! It had to have been at least 2.5 miles up. Very pretty but not my favorite hiking trail.

Going Home

Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow

I said to my friend,

"See her leaning over his arm?

Yesterday she leaned over my arm."

And he said:

"Tomorrow she will lean over mine."

And I said,

"See her sitting at his side;

And yesterday she sat at my side."

And he said:

"Tomorrow she will sit at mine."

And I said,

"Dont you see her drinking from his cup?

And yesterday she sipped from mine."

And he said:

"Tomorrow she will drink from mine."

And I said,

"Look how she glances at him with eyes full of love!"

And with just such love, yesterday she glanced at me."

And he said:

"Tomorrow she will glance at me likewise."

And I said,

"Listen to her whispering songs of love in his ears.

And yesterday she whispered the same songs in mine."

And he said:

"Tomorrow she will whisper them in mine."

And I said,

"Look at her embracing him: and yesterday she embraced me."

And he said:

"Tomorrow she will lie in my arms."

And I said,

"What a strange women she is!"

And he said:

"She is Life."

Life takes you in many directions. The feeling of home has been a back and forth motion, however we now know were we need to be. We are headed home...so I am calling all troops, trailers and trucks. We will be home on August 1st. We are very excited and cannot wait, I would leave today if I could. Noodle made the comment this morning as he was helping me make my bed that he just cant sleep in his own bed here (trust me I have the dark bags to prove this). Once we get home he promises to sleep in his own bed. Thank goodness....kid snores! Morgan is looking forward to his old room with new XMas lights and posters. Mom.....come home now!

Morgan,Morgonzo,Mogi,Mo

Nothing is harder than getting Morgan to allow you to take his picture. Almost 15 years old and getting ready for his learners permit. OH MAN I AM SCARED! After Kayl wrecked my Jeep into my Truck I am a little shy on this issue. Morgan went through a head band stage, now it is X-mas lights in his room (Morgan calls his room the LOVE hut) and shopping for new posters. He even has Noodle hanging them in his room as well. He worked with his dad last week and earned some dough and went out and bought a parachute to hang onto when he is long boarding. He is just as creative and entertaining as his old man.

Morgan braces free arm wrestling with Mikey our neighbor that we miss so much!

Mikey on the smack down!

Sherry's turn, she is one tuff cookie.

Had to throw this one in there. We miss Mikey and Sherry and all the fun we have when our families are together.

Sunday we went hiking up to Stewart Falls Morgan, Caleb, Jed a friend from work and I. We had a great hike until the children decided to make their own path up the side of the mountain (were all the green is) it scared me so bad I started to cry!

It was an amazing hike and fun to watch the boys, until they pulled their dangerous stunt!

The weekend before I had the bright idea of hiking Timp Cave. Remember this is a three mile (round trip ) hike up 1100 ft and I am totally out of shape. I thought I was going to be the only 36 year old women to stroke out on the trail.

Me and Noodle at the top. He looked at me and said "wow Mom your sweating like a dog" hmmmmm thanks Noodle!

We went through the cave together and it was awesome! After sweating like a dog going into the cave was very refreshing. The average temp in the cave is 45 degrees. Great fun together.

On the way down...finally! Caleb in his Ray Bans.....He is such a stud!

Same Weekend I took Caleb and Gus out on the lake. It was Taylors BDay so I was able to join Jared and Tori, well actually Jared got me out on the lake! The boat wouldnt start but apparently it was the operator, not the boat. And once out on the lake I learned that when you are listing to the radio, yeah....you will kill your battery if you dont start the boat occationaly! Thank you Jared for saving me twice in one day!!!!!

It was so much fun to watch the kids play king of the tube. They all had a blast...another great day!

First Blog....not to bad! Stay tuned I am going to try and snap some photo's of Morgan......he is so hard to capture! Love you all and hope you have enjoyed it so far.
Here we go, I am attempting to follow my sister in law who is witty, funny and very creative. I will do my best but may have to steal some ideas from her.
So begins my journey to keep you all posted on the going ons of my little family. We are all doing very well. We have had a great summer so far! Caleb spent a week at Scout Camp and Morgan, well Morgan is just a long boarding sensation. We miss Papa (almost one year) and Houstin every day but moving forward the best we can with our lives. We did move to the golf course just down from our other house and it looks like we may be moving back at some point. Everyone seems to be a little home sick and this house is HUGE! I laugh everytime I try and find one of the kids and have to use the intercom. I will have to keep you posted on that happening.
